  • Simple yard tips. We'll point out the spots on your property that hold water or give pests shelter, so you can cut down on them between visits.

What to expect

  • Seasonal service. Treatments run on a regular schedule through the warm months, when mosquitoes and ticks are most active.

  • Quick visits. A visit usually takes around 30 minutes, depending on your property. You don't need to be home.

  • Honest expectations. We reduce mosquitoes and ticks significantly, but no treatment eliminates every one, especially next to wetlands or heavily wooded areas. We'll tell you what to expect for your property.

Treatment options

We'll recommend the right option for your household, and you can choose eco-friendly, traditional, or hybrid treatments. The eco-friendly option uses plant-based, EPA-exempt 25(b) ingredients and is the gentler choice for homes with kids and pets. When you sign up, we'll ask about your pets, play areas, and any gardens so we can plan around them.
