The TickiBoom Story
We moved in to our new house, only to find our property under siege by ticks and mosquitoes. Fed up with pricey pro solutions that didn't work, I was driven by the sheer frustration of battling these tiny invaders.
Then, one fateful Home Depot run turned into a horror show. My son, then a toddler, fell prey to a tick ambush while strapped into his car seat, one crawled on across his face and bit his eyelid! Cue my wife's panic screaming ("He's going to be blind!") and our other kid crying in fear, as I scrambled to find a safe spot to stop.
That moment sparked a mission: protect my loved ones and community from these relentless foes. I took matters into my own hands, mastering eco-friendly pest control methods. From that determination (and, okay, a bit of trauma 😅), TickiBoom was born – striking fear into mosquitoes and ticks everywhere, safeguarding young eyelids one treatment at a time.

Meet Torrey
Meet Torrey, the driving force behind TickiBoom Pest Control! Originally from Georgia, Torrey's journey has taken him from the lush jungles of Costa Rica, where his oldest daughter was born, to the serene community of Garrison, NY, where he's proudly called home for 8 years.
But Torrey is no ordinary pest control expert. When he's not banishing critters, he's on the mats sharing his passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a black belt instructor.
After 15 years in the fast-paced world of technology, Torrey craved a change. He wanted a career where he could take control, embrace the outdoors, and truly make a difference in people's lives.
And so, TickiBoom was born! Torrey takes pride in knowing his work directly impacts family dinners, outdoor events, and everyday moments of joy. With his expertise, your home will be pest-free, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—making memories with loved ones, safely and comfortably.
