What a visit looks like

We treat the outside of your home, where most pests get in, and the inside when it's needed. A typical visit takes about 30 minutes, though larger properties take longer. You don't need to be home. We'll let you know when we've been out and what we did.

How often we visit depends on the time of year and what's going on around your property, and we'll explain your schedule up front.

Plans tailored to your needs

We offer three treatment options, and we'll recommend one based on your home and your household.

  • Eco-friendly treatments use plant-based, EPA-exempt 25(b) ingredients and are the gentler choice for homes with kids and pets.

  • Traditional treatments give longer-lasting residual protection for tougher or recurring pest problems.

  • Hybrid treatments the best of both worlds, where we can tailor to sensitive areas.

When you sign up, we'll ask about your pets and factor that into the plan.

If pests come back, so do we

If pests return between visits, we come back out and retreat at no additional charge, then adjust your plan if needed. Your satisfaction is the goal, not just checking a box.
